Justin Stern

Justin is a relentless advocate who represents clients in high-stakes litigation and complex disputes. Known for his strategic thinking, aggressive advocacy, and creative problem-solving, Justin approaches every matter with a singular focus: achieving the best possible result for his clients.

Prior to forming jmls law pllc, Justin worked at two large, international law firms focusing on make-or-break cases involving consumer fraud claims, privacy and defamation-related actions, product liability issues, and insurance recovery matters.  He has represented individuals and businesses both as plaintiffs and defendants in contentious, high-exposure cases, giving him a comprehensive perspective on litigation strategy from both sides of the courtroom.

Justin brings the discipline and resources of large law firm training together with the agility and client-focused approach of a litigation boutique. He is known for tackling difficult cases head-on, developing creative strategies, and pursuing his clients’ interests with determination and intensity.

Justin is also associated, as Counsel, with the Marcus & Marcus law firm. 

Justin has a proven track record of success in litigating complex cases both in court and before arbitration panels and has obtained substantial monetary settlements for clients.
